Are you looking for something to spice up your lessons this holiday season?!?! Look no further. This lesson is just what you need! This adorable listening identification game quizzes students' knowledge on their understanding of various rhythm patterns that include rhythms ta (quarter note), ti-ti (paired eighths), and Z or ta rest (quarter rest). Students will hear a rhythm pattern being played and the student(s) have to identify the correct pattern in order to move on to the next one. Pages are interactively hyper-linked so that if the incorrect answer is chosen, they must listen again. If the correct answer is selected, they move to the next pattern. This is the POWER-POINT version of this file. Be sure you have the appropriate software available to run this program. A SMART NOTEBOOK edition of this game is also available in my store.
