One sentence gratitude journals for mom ~*~ printable and easy to use!
We love the idea of keeping a gratitude journal, and lately, we have been reflecting a lot on what we have to be grateful for in our lives, particularly since we've been hit with a few unexpected negative blows lately.
We've been talking about writing down what we are grateful for, but we simply don't have time in our lives for full on daily journaling. But we DO have time to write a single sentence every day!
Here are a few ways to use this simple, printable journaling page:
* Daily pre-bed gratitude: Before bed every night, write down one sentence about what you are thankful for and focus on that single item as you drift off to sleep.
* Upon rising in the morning: Jot down a simple gratitude before you start your day, and reflect back on it every time you face challenges or frustrations throughout the day.
* Keep a running list: Instead of a day's end or start of the day exercise, fold up the journal and pit in your purse or simply keep it on the fridge and add a sentence of gratitude throughout the day, every day.
* Bust frustration: Every time you feel frustrated, whip out your journal and write a sentence of gratitude in response to the frustration.
Truly, a single sentence at a time is enough.
When you are done with a page, simply print off a new one and start again! At the end of every journal, be sure to read over the entire list of sentences and realize that you do have a lot to be grateful for, even if it may not always seem like it.
Show us how you use your gratitude journal by sharing pictures on social media with the tag #mom2momed!
Please note, this is designed to fit on 8.5 x 11 inch paper, but you may be able to resize it, depending on your technical skills and printer. It is also designed to be printed in color, but feel free to use black and white as well! Your single sentence gratitude journal will NOT have a watermark on it.
