These games are for projecting onto your whiteboard or Smartboard.
3 games are included in this middle bundle.
Rhythmic concepts contained in this bundle of games are:
ta and ti-ti (quarter note and paired eighth notes)
6/8 (compound duple) and
ti-ti-ka (one eighth and two sixteenths) and ti-ka-ti (two sixteenths and one eighth).
This is a fun way to play the poison rhythm game with your students. They will practice their rhythm reading skills whilst avoiding the dreaded Pirate Pete's poison rhythm. Instead of clapping the rhythmic patterns your students could also play the patterns on classroom percussion instruments such as drums or rhythm sticks.
Directions on how to play the games are included.
All rhythms are written using stick notation with noteheads.
