This unit contains two cute pizza themed centers for your K-1 class to practice two-dimensional shapes. The chefs are holding pizzas that have pepperonis in the shapes of circles, triangles, squares, rectangles, rhombuses, pentagons, hexagons, octagons, and trapezoids. Students will differentiate the shapes, count, and record the number of pepperonis.
Two easy prep centers:
1. Count pepperoni shapes and use a dry erase marker to write the number in the cookbook.
2. Count the pepperoni shapes and record your number on paper.
Both centers include task cards for student independence!
