This product can be used as a center activity and/or task cards.
There are two different center activities and three different sets of task cards included with this product.
This product goes with Envision Second Grade Topic 4-1.
If you are using this activity as a center activity, you will need to cut out the cards (numbered cards, alphabet cards, and 10 cards) You will have three sets of cards. Students will match the ones with the tens and the number. So essentially, they will have three cards in a pile because three cards go together. You can also use by playing a memory style game. Included is student directions.
If you are using this as task cards, there are three sets. The first set is writing how many tens the individual ones make (green set or numbered set of task cards). The second set is writing how many ones the groups of tens make (purple set or alphabet labeled set). The third set is a set of Tiny Task Cards with converting tens and ones. Included with each set is a recording sheet and answer key. Place task cards around the room, and students can hunt for task cards and answer or use as a scoot.
Included in this product are both black/white and color versions for easy printing.
This is great for small group, RTI, or whole group.
