Do you need a fun and engaging activity to help students review and work with place value? These Place Value Monsters will do just that.

Students create a monster out of base 10 blocks. Then they work to figure out how much their monster is worth by adding up the base 10 blocks they used to create their monsters. There are fun fact pages students can use to develop who their monsters are.
