Place value games are my favorite way to practice place value - this place value domino math station is a fun way to practice place value using big domino pieces! You can play many variations of this place value game. Students can simply match them and lay them out in a train on the carpet. Another way they can play it is as a game where they split the cards evenly. The first person puts down a card and whoever has the matching one puts it down to match, and this continues, until all the cards are gone. You could also cut them in half and have the students match them to make their own place value domino pieces. Or you can use these however you want to, there are lots of ways! :)
24 place value domino cards are included as well as a directions page with 3 suggested math stations using these place value domino pieces.
This set practices place value to 50.
