This fun freebie asks students to demonstrate their ability to write a multi-digit whole number in standard form, words, and expanded form using their personal numbers.
What’s a personal number? Everyone has one! It’s your birthday!
This simple foldable provides a quick way to assess and/or display students ability to write numbers up to the ten millions place. Simply copy the pages back-to-back. Students write their birth dates in numeric form, fold in half, and write the numbers in standard form, words, and expanded form on the inside.
