I have, who has... Is a great game to introduce a lesson, close a lesson, or to use as a quick time filler when you have five minutes to spare. It requires very little prep work; just print out the pages, cut them apart and laminate if you want. I like to keep the cards handy for whenever I have spare time or want to quickly check my students’ understanding of place value. The best part about these cards is that you can use them over and over again and each time your students will have a new number to work with. Also, while you are practicing place value, your students are working on their listening and following direction skills.
This pack includes 24 I have, who has cards in both color and black and white. If you have more than 24 students you can pair your students up with a partner or group your students into smaller groups. If you have less than 24 students you can give extra cards to some students or keep the extra cards for yourself. The focus of the cards is for students to identify the amount of hundreds, tens and ones in a three-digit number. This pack is perfect for the end of first grade, second grade and the beginning of third grade.
This pack is also COMMON CORE ALIGNED to 2.NBT.1 and 2.NBT.3.
