This game was created to be a partner game. I use it with my class for review after I’ve taught standard, word, and expanded form of numbers. There are 20 sets included in this game. Each set has three cards in it, each with the standard, word, or expanded form of a number. This game includes 3-digit, 4-digit, and 5-digit numbers. You can always take out the 5-digit numbers if you are working with a lower group or the 3-digit numbers if you are working with a higher group. It is played like a memory style game but can be used in other ways too. There is a recording sheet included so students can record their ten sets of numbers as they play the game. This way you have something to grade if needed. There is also a teacher answer sheet to make grading easier for you.
I've included directions in the file for printing cards one sided or printing cards two sided with E(Expanded Form), S(Standard Form), and W(Word Form) on the back to make the game go much quicker.
You could also use these cards for a whole class activity or a small group activity like tutoring.
