These 10 place value puzzles can be used as independent work, during math stations, or as a partner practice activity during your place value unit.
Students will be asked to identify the expanded form, word form, and base-10 form of a number to complete these puzzles.
In my classroom, I copied 6 sets onto 6 different colors of cardstock, put them in storage bags, and used them as an independent station. Students loved this form of practice and it kept them very engaged with this hands-on activity!
