This is a Place Value scavenger hunt. Cut and laminate the cards and place around your classroom. Students will have a blast searching for the base ten blocks! After finding the cards, they will record the value of the blocks beside the corresponding letter on their recording sheet, which is also included. There are four recording sheets. Two recording sheets have a place for recording standard form, word form and base ten form. On one page, the column labels are written with those vocabulary terms. On the second sheet, the column headings are written as draw it, write it, spell it. There are two more recording sheets included for differentiation that include expanded form. One sheet uses the term expanded form, and the second uses the term tens + ones. There are 10 cards in all.
