Scoot Games engage all learners and make completing a task fun!
You can use these cards for the “Scoot” game or as task cards.
Task Cards could be used in a math center for group or independent work, early finishers, guided math group.
Use as an introduction, review, or as a formative to assess students’ understanding.

These cards cover both standards (place value):
4.NBT.1
Recognize that in a multi-digit whole number, a digit in one place represents ten times what it represents in the place to its right.
4.NBT.2
Read and write multi-digit whole numbers using base-ten numerals, number names, and expanded form and compare two multi-digit numbers.

*Created for 4th grade, but would make a great review for 5th grade or to use with struggling 5th grade math students.
