Game/Center. Students will list as many ways as possible to make a number using base ten blocks (tens and ones).

Example:

23 = 20 + 3
23 = 10 + 13
23 = 0 + 23

Kids will match picture cards (base ten blocks) to the standard form of the number and find different ways to make each number.
