This place value foldable can be used as an assessment, quick review, or a reference tool for students. It also makes a great addition to students' math journals.
In this file, there are two versions of the place value chart. The first version is completed. All you have to do is print, make two cuts, fold, and viola!
The second file includes two pages. A place value chart template and the pieces needed to assemble the place value chart.
Also included are instructions (or suggestions) for using this in your classroom.
As with all of my math products, they can be used in multiple grades. This can be used in lower grades as an enrichment activity, 3rd grade when teaching the concept of place value through millions, or as a remediation/review activity for upper grades.
Also, if you're needing to focus on a specific period (one) or (one and thousand) all you have to do is cut the remaining period from the foldable.
I will be adding a similar resource for decimal place value very SOON! Follow me so you'll know as soon as it is posted!
