Students will type standard and expanded form given a decimal word form, and will practice other combinations. Students will create a number in standard form given a word form using a place value chart.

Here is a breakdown of the Place Value activity:
• Slide 1: Title Slide
• Slide 2: Standard, Word, Expanded Sort
• Slides 3-12: Place Value Chart
Students will read a word form and drag numbers to the correct column on the place value chart.
•Slides 13-18: Fill in the Missing Forms
One of the three forms will be provided. Students will type the two missing forms.
• Slides 19-20: Early Finisher
Links to online games that will provide practice are provided on the last slide for early finishers.
