On this 22 question true and false plane geometry assessment over polygons, the students must first determine if each statement is true or false and then state valid reasons why the false statements are not true. This assessment may be used as a journal activity, as homework, or even as a quiz. If the instructor wishes to use this as a pretest or as a review, the students might be permitted to use their notes to answer the questions. Besides working individually, consider the option of placing your students in groups of two or three to work cooperatively. When each group is finished, the answers may then be given to the students allowing them to self-check their answers. All of the answers, with examples, are included in the original resource.
