PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Students are provided with information from several popular, educational websites concerning four planets closest to the sun. They are asked to use the equations for linear velocity (v=s/t=r*w) and angular velocity (w=(\theta)/t) and analyze the given information.

Care was taken to credit outside sources. I simply assembled the information and proposed the questions. I plan to ask my students to work these problems as we develop fundamental concepts in trigonometry. You could ask the students to visit each website if you have internet access within the classroom. I have provided the URLs.
