My Top Five Reasons to Start Using Paperless (Digital) Products in Your Classroom:

1. Teaching in the 21st century acknowledges that technology has a place in students’ every day lives, and you are adapting your teaching to meet them where they are.

2. You will see increased student engagement, which will lead to better classroom management.

3. By using Google Classroom, you are creating a means for instant communication between teacher and student and also students with students.

4. Using an app like SeeSaw, you can listen to and give feedback on their work immediately. Students can take ownership over their learning by creating a digital portfolio of work samples.

5. CCSS. ELA-Literacy.CCRA.W.6: Use technology, including the Internet, to produce and publish writing and interact and collaborate with others.
You will be preparing your students to be technologically skilled for future careers and provide them with opportunities to meet the needs of state standardized tests that are taken online.
