There are two pages included. One covers Monday-Wednesday, and the other covers Thursday-Weekend going across the pages. Both have sections for 4 class periods either 1st-4th or 5th-8th.
I like to print them off (front to back) on sketch book paper since it is a bit heavier than copy paper but not as heavy as cardstock. You have to trim it down to 8 1/2 x 11 before printing on it. Then I take it to the local office supply store to get a front and back cover and have it spiral bound.
Make sure that the front page is the Thursday-Weekend page. Then when you turn the first page over, it will be Monday - Friday in order. It will seem strange but make sure to do it this way.
Use colors in your book to represent different periods and subjects, then you'll know exactly what is coming up. I cross out the days we are not in school, skip over Christmas to New Year's. The squares are large enough to plan out the entire quarter with post it notes, then write it in the book once it is permanent.
You can add extra notebook paper in the front or the back also before you have it bound together.
