SEQUENCE is a skill all young students need! Make a beautiful and meaningful craft to support your sequence lesson! This doorhanger demonstrates the steps involved with planting a flower, and is so easy to do, even your youngest learners can be successful at this project with minimal help!
Materials: Construction paper, scissors, single hole punch, ribbon or yarn, crayons, glue
1. Glue the “Planting Flowers” page on a piece of construction paper. (I used yellow in the sample picture.)
2. Using a hole punch, punch out the black holes in the top of the “Planting Flowers” page, and tie ribbon through them to make a loop for hanging this craft on a door.
3. Cut out the sequence cards and put them in the correct order.
Using a hole punch, punch out the black hole at the top of all three cards and tie with ribbon or yarn. To attach them to the bottom of the “Planting Flowers” page, either tape their yarn/ribbon to the back of the page or punch holes in the bottom of the “Planting Flowers” page and tie them together with the yarn/ribbon.
