The focus of this lesson is the differentiation among the leaves found on angiosperms also called broad leaves. The students will learn the difference between a compound leave and a simple leave. They will find out that margins can be toothed or not toothed. They will learn about lobes and different ways that leaves can be compound. This is a good way to introduce a leaf collection.
