This resource is perfect for 6th grade Earth Science - Plate Tectonics
It is formatted to fit on 1/2 a sheet.
Students are given 15 characteristics in 1 column and each type of boundary is subsequent columns (convergent/divergent/transform). These are characteristics such as "new crust is formed" and "subduction occurs".
Students must put a check in the column for each boundary that the characteristic is true for. So, for the example, "new crust is formed", students would put a check under divergent and for "subduction occurs", they would just check convergent.
This can be used as a ticket out the door or other quick assessment. It can also be used as a reference chart in an interactive notebook.
