This is a fun way for students to show what they know about what happens at plate boundaries. I've uploaded this as a Word document because you may want to subtract (or add) some vocabulary words to the directions. The assignment prompts students to include literary devices and specific scientific content essential to understanding plate tectonics. The rubric is easy to use and gives a separate science and writing grade.
I really enjoyed using this to connect what we were doing with literary devices in reading to what we were learning in science. I hope you and your students have a great time with this creative assignment!
