Product Description
These activities are perfect if you have a magnet center in your classroom. I have an oil drip pan on a wall where my students can complete magnetic activities.

This pack includes 4 different activities with a play clay theme to use in your magnet center. All activities are included in a B and W version as well if you are looking to save on ink. This pack would be great to use anytime of the school year!

Play Clay Dough Counts:
Use magnetic tape to put up the number trays across the top of your magnet board.
Place magnets on the back of each tray with dough and place them in a container nearby.
Students count the dough on the trays and sort them under the correct number.
Use the B&W version and color in yourself to save on color ink.

Play Clay Color Sorting:
Use magnetic tape to put up the color containers across the bottom of your magnet board.
Place magnets on the back of each clay ball and place in a container nearby.
Students look at the color of each clay ball and place them above the correct color container.
Use the B&W version and color in yourself to save on color ink.

Play Clay Letter Sorting:
Use magnetic tape to put the capital and lowercase headers on your magnet board.
Place magnets on the back of each letter and place them in a container nearby.
Students sort the letters by capital and lowercase.
Use the B&W version and color in yourself to save on color ink.
Play Clay Shape Creating:
Place magnetic tape on the back of the shape cards and place on your magnet board.
Place magnetic tape on the back of each “clay piece” and place in a container near by.
Students use the clay shapes provided to create the shapes on the cards by placing them on top of the black and white lines. *I’d recommend putting a heavier magnet tape on the back of these pieces.*
Use the B & W version and color in yourself to save on color ink!
