If youe students are like mine, they might be having a difficult time making words plural either in their oral language or during writing. I created this unit to give my students more practice verbalizing whether they should use the singular form (cat) or plural form (cats) of CVC words. This mini-unit would also help beginning readers who drop the -s while reading.
