This packet consists of 23 practice pages, 11 of which are cut and paste. The first 3 pages you see are the general format:
Adding the plural ending
Sorting singular and plural
Choosing the correct word in a sentence
This same format and order progress through 6 structures.
The 6 structures are:
Words ending with -O
Words ending with -Y (preceded by consonant)
Words ending with -Y (preceded by vowel)
Words ending with -F or -FE
Different plural constructions are not mingled together at all for the first 21 pages.
The final 2 worksheets ask students to fill in plural nouns they have already worked with in previous pages. The nouns are mingled together in these last pages, requiring students to distinguish among plural constructions previously practiced in categories.
These worksheets are very basic with no surprises. They presuppose that the student has been exposed to plurals,
but they are not complicated or overly demanding.
I would love your feedback on these worksheets. Suggestions are welcome, too!
