Description
These CVC (consonant-vowel-consonant) cards are easy to set up as a pocket chart center. Cards come in BOTH color AND b&w!
There are 2 ways to use this activity!
- Your students can choose a picture and use the letter tiles to spell the word. All vowels are in red.
- You can pace both the CVC picture card AND the word card for students to match
***This activity also works well at as a table-top spelling game. You can also place magnets on the back of each card for students to build on your magnetic board.***
The following words are included:
Medial Vowel "a" -> bat, cat, hat, rat, jam, ham, van, pan, cab, man, fan, can
Medial Vowel "e" -> bed, red, hen, pen, leg, web, jet, ten, net
Medial Vowel "i" -> bib, six, lip, fin, wig, pig, kit, rim, kid
