Thank you for looking at my Poetry Packet!
There are enough pages here for one poem every week for most school districts. You may remove the ones that are too hard or too easy for your students to make the right number for your school year. Another idea is to pick your favorite twenty or so and use it as a poem a day for poetry month. The pages are unnumbered so you may hand them out in any order you choose.
Download the free companion packet with sample poems. Print this packet pages 3-20. Then put the pages back into the printer (see printer for which way to put them in) and print sample poem packet pages 3-20. This will make two sided pages with samples on the front, and a place for the students to write their own on the back. The other pages (21-42) may be printed two sided to make a packet handout for the students. Or it may be printed individually as needed if you want to give out one a week.
