Why use this point sheet?
*Progress monitoring behavior goals can be exhausting! This is a simple way to manage all of the data in one place and encourage parent involvement.
*It is able to be modified to meet your students’ needs. Add more rows for more goals—delete if you don’t need as many!
*It can be combined with a positive behavior system using either points earned or overall daily percentage.
How it works:
*The student carries the point sheet from class to class. At the end of the period, the teacher fills in the points earned in each goal area. It is important to give genuine feedback during this time.
*As time goes on, student can take more responsibility for points earned. Have student fill out and teacher just initials as long as they agree with what the student has determined.
