Point-Slope Formula Partner Activity (with notes)
This product includes Cornell Notes to teach or review how to use the point-slope formula to write linear equations given a point and slope, or two points. There are 12 total problems, the front six are given point and slope, and the back six are given two points. It is very organized, with plenty of room to show work, and easy for them to follow.
The back side is a partner activity. The left side is Partner A and the right side is Partner B. They each do their own side and check with each other after each set. They should have matching answers in order to complete a riddle. Some questions are given a point and slope, and some questions are given two points. It's a mix of both kinds of problems.
An answer key to both the notes and activity is included.
