This mini project allows students to make connections between slope-intercept and point-slope formula, and to realize that the two formulas represent the same lines.
The only thing you should provide to students is the two points, then they can fill out the entire worksheet in any order.
Some students want to start from the graph, some want to start from the formulas.
Differentiation can happen through the points that you provide each student. Formulas can be provided as well.
A rubric is provided at the bottom so students know how they score.
