This activity pack goes along with the book Once Upon a Cool Motorcycle Dude. The activities are to determine the points of view of the girl and the boy who are writing the fairytale in the story.
There is a sort with 16 sentences from the book (8 points of view for the girl and 8 for the boy) and 2 heading cards that say Girl's Point of View and Boy's Point of View. You can print the cards and sentences on colored or plain paper and laminate them. Then, give them to the students, and they can sort them in groups.
The sentence sort also comes in a black and white version for easy printing as well.
There is also a worksheet the students can fill out after the sort where they would pick 3 of the points of view for the girl and 3 for the boy and write them down, or they can come up with the points of view that the characters had on their own.
I also included a sentence cut and sort with the same sentences as the large sort that the students can do individually if you prefer that. They will read the sentences and cut them out and glue them under the correct heading. There are 2 options for the pieces that they cut out.
Make sure you hit "fit" when printing so nothing gets cut off.
