Product Description

This is a worksheet I use in my AP English Literature class' unit on The Poisonwood Bible by Barbara Kingsolver. It is a simple chart that provides good practice for students to make claims about the purposes of different types of humor used in the novel. The types of humor/linguistic strategies that the sheet explains are satire, parody, farce, caricature, sarcasm, comic relief, malapropism, hyperbole, and understatement.

The download includes .pdf and .docx formats.
