Welcome to the Polar Express Train Book Report. The Polar Express is a holiday classic and trains have always been around at Christmas. This book report can fits into a Polar Express or train theme. Students answer questions about a good book and write the information on an engine and train cars.
This worksheet will work well with any age of students, but especially with students from second grade through fifth grade. Students will choose a favorite book and write about it on a train car graphic. After filling out information on book’s title, author, what the book’s about and why the student enjoys reading the book, students can color in the train graphics. Then after cutting out the graphics, students can glue them together to make a complete train. This makes a cute display or bulletin board for December or anytime.
