Designed for 3-5 year old children with autism or intellectual delays, this simple folder game teaches matching and visual discrimination. This polka dot alphabet is a fun way to engage children in the matching and discrimination of letters. I usually use this matching task during direct teaching. Created by *miss kim designs* a store for the unique learners in your life.
Instructions for creating the matching task are included in the .zip file. You will need to print 2 copies of each alphabet grid -- one to be the matching master and one to cut apart into the individual pieces.
These matching tasks are perfect for use with many of my adapted books. My adapted books are created for use in pre-K, preschool, early childhood special education and child care classrooms. Each book is interactive and focuses on new vocabulary. To see my inventory of adapted books, click here.
