This is a fun card game for students to review polygons (3 to 10-sided). There are 22 cards on polygons (identify the polygon, choose the statement that is true, etc.) and 6 cards with basic questions asking students to identify the transformation that is pictured (translation, rotation, or reflection).
Directions: Put cards in the center of the group of players. Player draws a card and answers the question. If the player is correct, s/he keeps the card. If the player is incorrect, the card is returned to the pile. If a player draws a ZAP! card, all of that player's cards must be returned to the pile, and the ZAP! card is put to the side. Play continues until all cards are used. The student with the most cards is the winner!
Included are 28 problem cards, three ZAP!! cards, directions, and an answer key. This game is helpful to have on hand for early finishers. It also makes an engaging math center!
