Students will solve problems related to polynomial functions to answer multiple choice questions. Topics include: polynomial division, zeros/roots of polynomials, multiplicity, maximum turning points, and reading graphs.
Stations mazes are great because they get students up and moving around the room. They also encourage students to check their work carefully since an incorrect answer will eventually send them back to a problem they have already solved. Successfully completing the maze requires students to slow down and check their work.
There are 10 stations. This activity can be completed individually or in pairs. A student answer sheet is included. Two versions of the maze are included: color and black and white. The differences are shown in the thumbnails. Make sure these problems are appropriate for your students. Download the preview and look at the thumbnails for problem examples.
