Starting a polynomials unit? Students a little fuzzy on what each part of a polynomial means? “What’s my Polynomial?” challenges students to solve a series of puzzles that describe particular polynomials. It’s up to your students to determine the polynomial that matches each set of clues, strengthening their reasoning skills while reinforcing polynomial vocabulary and structure.

• Main activity: 12 sets of 3-5 clues each describing specific polynomials. Students must determine the identity of each polynomial using the clues given.
