The problems included in this graphic organizer require that students use the following methods to solve polynomials:
o Factoring out GCF and factoring quadratic trinomials,
o Factoring quartic trinomials
o Group Factoring for polynomials of 4 terms
o Factoring Sum or Difference of Cubes.
It is also good practice to have the students graph polynomials before or after this lesson, so they make the connection of the graphical representation of a Zero/Root.
In my store you will find a product titled “Graphing Polynomial Functions with Technology” to help you with this practice.
