Students explore how degree determines # of zeros/mins and maxs; multiplicity of zeros and end behavior of functions. Some explorations are based on provided graphs, others require the use of desmos and/or graphing calculator. QR codes embedded into notes to support students.

Day #1 - find zeros algebraically (factoring and quadratic formula)
Day #2 - how degree impacts # of zeros/local extrema and degree/leading coefficient impact end behavior
Day #3- multiplicity
