The Pony Express was a fast mail route to the Pacific coast. Students will have the opportunity to learn all about The Pony Express. Each student will learn to research about the founders, young riders needed, and the difference between The Pony Express Route and the Butterfield Overland Mail Trail.
A Lapbook is a hands-on method for students to visually learn about the subject material being taught. A Lapbook highlights the study. The Lapbook can be held in the student’s lap, so…that’s how we got the name Lapbook!
