The student will pour the popcorn words, (made from Pre-Primer words, Primer words, and CVC words) out of the individual popcorn “boxes” and make a sentence including the punctuation. The student will then will write the sentence on the recording sheet.
This contains cute little popcorn “boxes” to use, but you can also use little popcorn boxes or bags from a discount store if you would like for them to stand. The popcorn pieces can be cut out individually of course, and will look much cuter! :0), but I drew a grid around them in case you need to save a little time and cut them with the paper cutter in squares.
The words, of course, can be changed around to use only the words that you are working on at the time. Very flexible.
