In Kindergarten, we motivated our students to learn to read their 75 sight words by rewarding them with little treats after they mastered 25 words. In first grade, our students are expected to read 150 words fluently, in addition to the 75 they learned in Kindergarten. These are some certificates my grade level has decided to use to help motivate our kiddos.
