This 3 day lesson explains some of the reasons the population of the United States changed during the nineteenth century, including immigration, the California Gold Rush, and the Oregon Trail. Lesson objectives, vocabulary, close questions, bellringers, and a video quiz are also included. In addition, a link to a short Brain Pop video lesson is attached (If you have access to Brain Pop. My students love these videos & enjoy taking the quizzes along with them).
