This is a new product of mine that will be continuously worked on and added to with other subject matter.
In the previous two years I have gone into the year creating a beautiful word wall in my room but then unfortunatly never using it to its full potential. It ended up taking up much needed bulletin board space in my room.
I love word walls and the potential they have to be an amazing instructional tool. However I think i have come up with a better way to use them in my classroom.
These are portable smaller version word walls. I use them in my guided reading and writing lessons, I have placed them on a small easel on our learning table for students to reference and use during daily 5 and individual writing time. I also store them in an easily accessible area where students are free to take them out at any time and use them at their desks.
