The "I Am a Star At..." worksheet can accompany the FREE List of Positive Affirmations/Positive Self-Talk to create a Positive Affirmation Activity. I used this in my school counseling lessons to increase positive self-talk vocabulary and give students examples of positive affirmations. The FREE list is long so that students could find many affirmations that were true for them. I asked the students to choose the positive affirmations they liked best to fill in the stars on the "I Am a Star At..." worksheet. The students loved completing this activity and many asked if they could take it home to share with their parents. Other students hung them in clear view so they could remember their affirmations and practice positive self-talk throughout their school day.
