Following my near-fatal accident in December 2010, I chose to take a journey of healing rather than giving up. One of the most effective coping mechanisms that helped me was the practice of positive affirmations. Although I was skeptical about affirmations at first, I figured that I had nothing to lose and I got started. I experienced the darkest moments of my life after extensive loss through uncontrollable trauma, and I didn't want to stay in that place. Before I knew it, I had embodied all of the positive statements that I was speaking into my life on a daily basis.
Now, my life is used to serve others and to help others heal. Many have healed alongside me over the past 7 years. As part of my desire to create positive change, I created this positive affirmation coloring book and had so much fun doing so!
