-set a goal with your student (ex. J will complete his work with 1 or less reminders)
-when getting the checklist ready, name the reward (ex. playing a math game on the computer during morning arrival)
-every time the student meets their goal, they add a sticker
-when the path is filled up with stickers, the student can cash it in for their reward
