Positive Behavior Clip Chart

I've struggled with putting a "clip chart" in my room simply because it never got me anywhere. I felt inconsistent, unfair, and the kiddos that always clipped down didn't really care that they were on a "bad color". So, I shifted my focus. We now focus on positive behavior, which happen to include several character traits that kids need to develop.

Now, we focus on what others do well and celebrate our successes instead of assuming that they will clip down at some point in the day. My kids earn their way on to the chart by performing one of the character traits on our chart noticed by me or another student. The atmosphere in my room is much happier and helps us to be a community of learners!

In this purchase, there are 16 different traits to choose from:

The best thing is, you can choose which of these traits to focus on in your room! There are also 8 different themes to choose from (B&W polka dot, color polka dot, B&W anchors, color anchors, B&W chevron, color chevron, Mickey, and Disney font).

Each trait is decorated on a 16x9 canvas, which if resized can be a 11x4. You can put 2 on one page to save space both on your printer and in your classroom!
